Late Shri Rajnikant M. Rajendra R. Raval (Advocate), Chairman of TRADESAFE, started his career as a litigator following the path of his father and has been providing cost-effective legal services since 1998 and has an experience of 22 years. The major accomplishment is advising more than 5500+ clients and is in association with esteemed companies as well as startups in protecting their Intellectual Property Rights and also established offices at Rajkot, Ahmedabad, and Jamnagar
Krishnakant R. Raval (Advocate), the Managing Partner of Tradesafe, having an experience of 20 years at the office of Controller General of Patents, Trademarks, Design and Geographical Indication, Government of India. He possesses sound knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property Rights matters. He is arguing the matters with his sound knowledge and experience before the Tribunals and Hon’ble Courts across India.
